We just have had a brainstorm of the important features of scientific reports in class and now it's time for you to bring out your inner scientist and try writing one for yourself!
There are 2 activities involved in this mini project:
- You will be helping an amateur scientist fix up his report, using what we learnt in class about the important features of writing a scientific report.
2. There is a video of an exciting experiment for you to watch, and then you will be guided through a process of writing your very own experimental scientific report.
You will be doing the first activity at home, correcting mistakes and commenting on each other's responses too. After doing this activity the teacher will go through and help you understanding which mistakes were identified and which weren't.
For Activity 2 you can go through at your own pace. You have plenty of time- a whole two weeks until the end of this topic!
By this end of these 2 activities you will have no problem writing one for yourself!
Good Luck!
